5. Public and Private Clips

Our Service offers both public and private clip options. Public clips are visible to anyone who visits our website, while private clips are only accessible to you and those with whom you specifically share the link.

Please be aware that even private clips can be accessed by anyone who has the unique link. Do not share sensitive or confidential information using our Service.

6. Data Retention

Public clips are automatically deleted after 2 hours. Private clips associated with user accounts are retained until manually deleted by the user or until the account is deleted.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Online Clipboard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
